Refund Policy

Membership Subscriptions

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation

Refunds:

• Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
• For refund requests, contact hello@supernova.is with your payment details
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Billing Issues:

• If you experience unauthorized charges or billing errors, contact us immediately
• We will investigate and resolve all billing disputes promptly

Consulting Programs

For Future Compass and other consulting services:

• Full refund available up to 14 days before program start
• Partial refund (50%) available up to 7 days before program start
• No refund within 7 days of program start
• If program is cancelled by organizers, full refund within 14 business days

Membership Benefits

Supernova membership (SOYUZ) includes:

• Access to members-only articles and content
• Exclusive newsletter
• Community chat access
• Online community meetings and events

Consulting Programs

Future Compass and other consulting programs include:

• Facilitated sessions as described in program materials
• Digital resources and workbooks
• Community access (where applicable)
• Individual sessions (for premium tiers)

Program participants agree to:

• Participate respectfully and constructively
• Attend scheduled sessions or notify facilitators of conflicts in advance
• Not record or redistribute program materials without permission
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared experiences

Payment Terms

• Membership fees are charged monthly or annually as selected
• Consulting program fees are one-time payments
• Prices are displayed in USD/EUR at time of purchase
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• All sales are final except as provided in our Refund Policy

Content License

• All content remains the property of Supernova and its contributors
• Members and program participants receive a personal, non-transferable license to access content
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content is prohibited without written permission
• Sharing login credentials is not permitted

Acceptable Use

Members and participants agree to:

• Engage respectfully with other community members
• Not share or redistribute exclusive member content or program materials
• Not use the service for any illegal purposes
• Respect the privacy and safety of other members and participants

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate membership or program participation for:

• Violation of these terms
• Abusive behavior toward community members, participants, or staff
• Fraudulent payment activity

In case of termination for violations, no refund will be provided.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

By subscribing or registering for programs, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Content Ownership:

• Articles, designs, and materials on supernova.is are protected by copyright
• Authors retain rights to their contributed content
